DS (different admissions year) received academic merit with EA admissions offer. Departmental scholarship not until mid-April (worth the wait). But, super stressy for me! It was between two schools, TCU and an east coast school. East coast school offered all scholarships up front, but we had to keep them waiting as DS favored TCU. Accepted his TCU offer like April 20 something.
However- totally the best decision! We all love, love TCU. Now my DD is looking at TCU. I wish I could go back to college there!
On 2/29/2024 (LAST YEAR) you correctly posted that Early Decision 2 were going to be released on Friday, March 1st and Regular Decision were going to be released on Friday March 8th… Do you have any intel on when those will occur THIS year?
Hi Frog Fan! You seem to be the most accurate on this forum / thread. We are eagerly awaiting Early Decision II results for our daughter. Typically we have seen decisions come out on Fridays, so assume 2/28/2025 we would hear one way or another? Thanks!
Yes - my daughter received the EDII notification letter in her portal right about 5 PM TX time. They tend to always post by Friday end of day - I am sure there are reasons behind that. And she got in Go Frogs!
OOS daughter got in ED2! I have another daughter who is a junior nursing major at TCU and loves it. TCU is such a great school and truly a wonderful community. Good luck to all RD applicants! Go Frogs!
