<p>You need to contact the teacher to find out when it was/will be sent then contact UMD admissions asap. Some admissions departments are absolute sticklers for due dates but where you live in a Hurricane Sandy affected area and where the deficient submission was from your teacher not from you, you may get some leniency. It is tricky with the priority decision deadline, though, so just call to find out.</p>
