UW GPA: 3.2 in good classes
I feel like I have an amazing list of activities and co curricular and accomplishments that no one else could compare to.
Is there a chance, or just because of the GPA, it would never happen?
Spent tons of time on the supplemental essays only to see how difficult UVA is to get into on my school’s naviance graphs.

I’m not sure that we have enough information to gauge your chances. Have you taken many honors or AP courses? UVa values students who take the most rigorous courseload available to them, so if your UW GPA is low due to some Bs in AP classes, that isn’t as much of a concern.
Also, I’d be careful about saying that “no one else could compare to” your ECs. You’d be surprised how many team captains/class presdients/leaders of small countries there are applying to the same school.
Still, if you took difficult classes, your ECs are good, and your essays are strong, you have a chance. Of course, living in Virginia helps as well if that applies to you.
