Telluride Association Summer Program ( TASP ) 2008

Spoilsport. I love stand-up comedy. Through Comedy Central’s stand-up on demand, I have discovered that 1) there actually ARE good female stand-up comics (but there are more bad ones), and 2) Good female stand-up comics don’t have to be lesbian (but it helps). Oh, to be in college and to have a real comedy club within 3 hours of you.

i don’t watch that much TV. national geographic, discovery channel, (yes i know i’m a nerd) and the FOOD NETWORK. GOD the food on there looks delish

Alton Brown and Good Eats FTW! This is something else that I watch. That and Psych, but that is the end of my short list. I’m off everybody!

Moi aussi. Qui est tu dans la famille, children? Au revoir.

um… sorry to be totally ignorant of the world, but in english please?

did porna cause everyone to simultaneously leave?

Uh sorry.

We don’t do french here in hicktown.

Porna- You’ve a few other contenders for the Cornell Ag. School here. ThePaperCrane and I both like it muchly.

If you don’t mind me asking, where in NY do you live?

And ugh, guys, I am ridiculously sick right now. I have an awful sore throat and I’m achy all over and just feel like whining about it since apparently I can’t sleep.

Alton Brown is great Donny, but he must be on at a time when I am far from the TV because I never catch him on. I like The Barefoot Contessa and Everyday Italian because they make such beautiful food.

I’ll whip you for Cornell. I’ll set your pencils afire and send your toenails growing inward. I’ll beat you two so bad that the gravy fish will rise up out out of the eastern muck; you mess with me.

I live in New York, but I cannot tell you what part because I am a New Yorker, and no New Yorker out of her first job ever gave anyone a straight answer.

Well that’s lovely.

…I’m going to go ahead and guess the city, then.

exasperated sigh new york women… ;)

New York Women  …

I’m kidding. Our school female population is terrible, in my opinion. Only one butch in the whole school, and not a one with any potential. But D-Yu would love it here.

i would? please explain… i’m dying to know

hmm… is everyone calling it good for tonight… i kno its like 12:30 in NY…

Yes it is, but I’m doing the Envirothon work that I was supposed to do about 48 hours ago, so here I am between tree species.

yay, three day weekend!!!

hurray, FEBRUARY BREAK!! for us here, anyway :)

Wow, you guys got far in this thread! I’ve been gone this whole weekend, so yeah, not much room for the TASP thread. And tonight I’ve got to read 3/4 of One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich for tomorrow’s quiz… I’ll make it!

ughh… crap, i’ve still got stats and physics and an english essay on huck finn i’ve still gotta do. and wolf, u still haven’t answered my question

D-Yu: Let’s just say that for boys, our school doesn’t need any central heating to get hot and moist.

Winter break, b*tches. Suffer.

^^ ooooo la la… JKJK. sounds pretty raunchy. yikes.
we don’t have any more breaks until spring break cuz all the snow days.

ooh, debate topic : should school be year around (still with only 180 days but several spread-out breaks instead of a one long summer vacation)

No.

Moving on.
