Telluride Association Summer Program ( TASP ) 2008

Aww, he sounds adorable! I love little dogs. I used to have a Border Collie/Black Lab mix that was bigger than me.

New Zealand sounds awesome… But then again, computers = super useful and hopefully they last a lot longer.

No, this dog is tinee tiny. Also, it’s a she; her name is Daisy.

aww i always wanted a dog but my mom’s allergic. and i vote for new zealand.

and i think my sub-conscience hates me. i totally bit my tongue while i was napping.

My mom hates animals. We have a cat, but none of us really like it other than my sister. My dad wants to get a dog again, but I think it won’t happen until we move to the winery so he can be an outside dog. I vote for a Yorkie, but it’ll probably be a collie of some sort.

the winery? and i dont understand why people like cats.

Yeah, it’s my dad’s retirement thing. We’ve got a baby vineyard and we should be building this summer and hopefully opening next year.

The trip kinda scares me though. I would go by myself to a foreign country where I don’t know anybody, and have no idea what I would do. Then again, I want to experience something new, out of my comfort zone. I’d also like to learn how to ride a motorcycle. No, not a Harley or a Hog, those are items that men use to overcompensate. I mean a good old fashion motorcycle. Like the world’s fastest indian.

that would be nifty. but a computer is the more practical choice.

Being alone in a foreign country is weird. Definitely very scary. Also awesome. I still say that a computer would be more practical… The trip would be amazing, though. Terrifyingly amazing.

I’ve ridden on the back of my Uncle’s Harley before… Lots of fun. Also terrifying.

Don’t you ever want to live the romantic life, mls?

i dont understand the question

I rely too much on wikipedia. ):
[Romanticism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Romanticism - Wikipedia)

I don’t know what I’d do without it… Rely on alternate Googled sources? I shudder at the thought of having to dig through information to find what I need!

BRB, gonna go shower.

yes, few things tops that feeling in your stomach of pure horror and possibility.

It’s what makes life worth living! Your sense have to be constantly assaulted for you to fully experience life.

This coming from the kid who hasn’t left Florida for the past six years. ):

seriously? o you must road trip.

I’ve been thinking about that possibility: taking a Trans-American road trip. I’d start in Maine and cross my way by all means but car to the Pacific Ocean. It would be significantly less money, and it would also allow me to get a real sense of the country that I claim to be a part of.

that would be major. like i can see you taking buses and trains, taking pictures and blogging, eating from shotty diners.

I’d love to go to Quebec… My older sisters have gone, and I guess it’s kind of amazing, all in French and whatnot. Seattle, too… Boston. Anywhere young and vibrant and different for a while.
