You don’t play the nose game? When you’re deciding amongst friends who gets to do something everyone either wants or doesn’t want to do, whoever touches their nose first or last gets to do it or has to do it. Like if there’s an odd number of your friends and you’re picking who to sit with on a bus, the person who touches their nose last would be the one who has to sit alone.

I’ve decide to call. Who will join me?

Friday is February 29th.
:p

Anyway, I’m in no hurry to be rejected…

i agree with wink.

Ugh, I don’t know. I think I’ll call… I need to do things that scare me more often.

I thought today was the twenty-eight!?
Is today really the twenty-sixth? ):

My bad, everybody. I raised a false alarm.

But why wait? If you could know now, would you still wait until the letter came?
Is there really not an ounce of you that wants to just take the plunge into the unknown?

did you fall on your head hudson. you were two whole days off…

i dont want to be the one to email. get the day when notifications will be out first.

On school assignments, I still write that the year is 2007 for whatever reason, so I’m always a whole /year/ off…:)

EDIT: Yeah, why not make it a pleasant (or unpleasant) surprise?
Shuffling through mail…
junk mail
credit card
credit card
college mail
TASP
junk mail…
Wait! TASP!? –> backtrack, rip open envelope…YESSSS!
And there will be much rejoicing

Of course, the way most of us follow this thread, there is no way decisions in the mail will be a surprise.

If I could call this instant? I think I would zone out to tv for two hours to calm myself down and then do it. Suppressing the nausea first is usually a good idea. (: ): I don’t even know which emoticon is appropriate there.

Yeah, I might actually find a way to /use/ those pointless breathing techniques from health class… I would definitely need to get my heart rate down and relax myself to prevent hyperventilation.

My lack of a sense of time is notorious. I honestly don’t know when my classes end or when they begin, I just get to school at the right time and then follow everyone else when the bell rings. When I was younger, I told myself I was like Einstein, who lacked the ability to do simple tasks as well, but as time and high school have shown me, I’m far far far from being a genius and my absence of a sense of time is just stupidity. :P

Your brain is just too busy with your crazy philosophies, Donny.

I only know when a few classes end exactly. The rest I just have a general idea. I hate coming into school late from a doctor’s appointment, though, because I can never figure out which period I’m in and it annoys the attendance office lady. Obviously, they need to post a schedule to rectify the problem, but this is not something they are sensible enough to do.

Huh. I’m a little anal retentive about time. I feel very vulnerable without a watch, and get very snippy when I’m late for anything. But all my classes end at odd times like 8:07, 10:19, 11:26

I’ve actually planned out exactly what I’d do if/when I’m rejected: I’ll make a pb and j sandwich, go outside to lay down in my yard(it’s very cathartic, you should seriously try it sometime), and I’d zone out with some optimistic songs of how awesome life is.

This, of course, is wishful thinking; my rejection will be quickly followed by a straight segue to my bed to go to sleep and hate the world. (:

I wish my school had five minutes between classes, instead of four, so everything would be nice and even. But they don’t, and some classes are even 39 minutes instead of 40. It’s pretty tragic. ):

If I have to be rejected, I’d rather it be in May instead of March. I’d go out on the roof above the patio and listen to the wind and neighborhood in the dark. Too cold to do in March.

Do it in March! The cold winds of Winter would mirror the despair in your soul. It would be very poetic. (:

My school has ten minutes of passing time…but we are still very uneven in terms of timings…

I’d rather be rejected now. After going through the interview and feeling so close to getting in, I would be sorely, deeply, tragically disappointed to be informed that I would not be meeting the awesome people at TASP.

Yeah, but I wouldn’t be able to sit motionless for hours without risking frostbite. It could be a rainy, cold evening in May. I’d be miserable while ensuring that I continue to have 20 digits.
