At the past ( Before Long time Hopitalization), I got a Great Grade as Lots of 1st in Most of Classes (total 51)- That gave a Main Reason Accidentally Heart Problem at the Last Month of High School. and I got Several Great Awardss and Activities in My Grade.
Too Burdern of Awards and Classes, It was really hard to calculate My GPA via American School Standard; then Just official Reported as 4.89 even More Better GPA, Calculated- by Past Classes in Universities - Not Freshman, Attended Continually in High School- when My age was 16 to 17.
UC Application, I wrote down Grade- without Transcripts-only Following UC Application form.
Recent Several Schools Requested (inquired 'My Above Grade would be Real ? ‘Even Attaching by Common App) Sending again My Transcripts From Counselor Directly, I visited My Past Counselor again, and Sent My Official Transcripts via Mail (UPS Fast Delivery).
then I did ask, Can I send an Official Transcript into Their Center?
Because UC Application, I wrote only Grade Except Official Transcripts, I worried some They ( would Consider(inquire) My Grade is Wrong Reported as Recent Other Schools.
5 times Contacting-Phone Calling- while Sending Burden real Mails into Other Schools; that might be little Irritated Situation from their Team, But One of Director said Very Furiously ’ The Decision Is complete, Never Chance, Never Call Back Again’ ahead 3 months
be Astonished situation (at the Last Calling, I asked Because I found My one of Olympiad Score that I didn’t write down), Continually Cutting Down Phone Calling, I thought I never met Kind of Feedback Even Top of Officers and CEOs I met personally by Father Friend, and Mother Family Friend.
From Their Team, That might be Very Irritated Situation As Already Rejected My Application unofficially, Kind of Request- Sending Official Transciprts for Grade and Award; But It would be more right as considering Again My Application as if I will submit other Reports (with Olympiads)?
Too embarrassed situation, Further Action, I should consider, I am asking your and here Great Advice.
My Most Awards Burned When I prepared Real Death at My Medical Bed; Any Physical Awards didn’t remain- It was before database Setting in My Country National Education Department; Then I just one Olympiad score under UC Application I found through contacting in Above Department- Redocumented via form of Transcript.
and Recently I found One more which I didn’t write down at My Application; then I did ask Can i send this Certification into Their Center.
Why all the capitalized words, out of curiosity?

I studied Languages by 17th Century English and Latin( Capitalized wording), Etc. I accustomed kind of writing Style while Continually Reading kind little Old Contents.

It would be a good idea to use conventional capitalization. All those capitals are distracting.

I think so; Honestly, I wrote down, By Long time Hospitalization, I read English and Few of Latin (as Roman History by Roman Historian) Great Contents and Studied all alone. As admiring American Fathers’ Works- as Reading of Their Contents as Federalist Papers and Benjamin Franklin’s Autobiography, I started to study for applying to American Schools.
then Capitalization, Kind of Wording, It was not Corrected Easily after Main streaming of Medical Treatment Even My Foreign Friends Pointed out.

Too Worried about Their Inquring to My Grade- Too Ton of Class and Top rank in Most of Grade; Special Advance Classes- Classes in Universities Upper than AP- I reported Just Normal.
(Another Mean, By Actual- Official Grade of Transcript, My Total GPA would be better than Application informing).

Not a Good SAT Score: Just 1410 and Submitted 3 SAT Subjects, Two: Us History and World History I haven’t heard at My Past High school (Most of Math and Science Classes).
Due to My Medical Problem: Pain in One Breathe, I tried to solve Every One section in 30 mins (Reading I did continually fail to take well in 30 mins while covering Writing and Math sections) those when Medicine will be working for Minimizing My Breathe Problem.
Expected more, through 2023, Good Score in 1450 to 1500 even with My Medical Problem; but failing in the test site- Lost to road to there, Reading section completely, I failed to take Naturally. then Feb ACT I am preparing now.
(There is no reason for considering International Student’s Disability and Kind of Effort- Studying as Tied My Body for enduring the Pains).
There was impossible to get Any Extra time and Accommodation by Covid- College Board knew well.
Paper Test I tried to memorize Test itself-is available in US only 2023, I did take the test in guam-Lost the road to the test site.

Simplely, I requested to send My trascript (with My Awards) for Verifying My Grade at My Uc application- Refused continaully.
then They said’ Decision complete, Never chance and never call back again’ ahead of 2 and half months of Decision date.
then it will be the right kind of feedback? to My request, not only refusing My official transcripts for grade and award, also already announcing decision complete- never chance- rejected. Already I am understanding there are burden of application, there might be rejected my application unofficially; but it wouldn’t be any chance to re-review? ahead of 2 and half months decision day.
(I know Except My Grade, My Score of SAT isn’t good- there is no reason for considering My Disability)
No one here can answer your question. UCB doesn’t accept transcripts or awards as part of the app. You enter the grade info from your transcript into the app.
Students should refer to their transcript(s) as they fill out the application to ensure the information they enter is accurate. Applicants should not submit transcripts at this point in the process. Please do not submit supporting documentation such as awards, photographs, poetry, etc. with the application. They will not be forwarded, returned, or retained. If your communications to admissions and/or your app and PIQs were written like your posts here, I’m sorry to say it doesn’t seem your English is at the necessary level for college instruction in the US, and perhaps UCB felt the same.

I felt little strange; (might Very old English, I am using now), i am sure almost perfect score in SAT without this disabiltiy. (tests lot as solving all practice’s questions for sat on earth. really for Memorizing test itself under my medical condition)

Really too lots of reading to old english form especially 17 to 18th century (easy to confirm as SAT Article for US History section), kind of Writing style, I formed ( Reading, at the past, that was only way to escape the pains at my medical bed).
What was your score on English Proficiency Test?

Honestly, It was impossible to take a long time exam - 4 hours comparing to sat Reading and writing section- one and half hour, It was unable to take. then the reason why did i take Us History i haven’t had classes before.
to international student, SAT is Much more difficult than Toelf or IELTS.
Believe hard from there, I should take every section in 30 mins- reading- 30 mins, then after taking medicine, writing in 30 mins, math of course in 30 mins (that was reason continually I failed to get a Good score in SAT reading section - writing section completely done); I just got Terrible score 1410 now, preparing ACT now (accidentally I did take part of ACT, only reading and writing section while passing of Science section and math: I got a Good scores in English section and Reading section).
of course, I grabbed My heart in test taking continually- sometime (total 2 times), taking the medicine in the test accidentally- Serious pain occurred in the test.
but I didn’t take math and science section (Math: medicine taking and rest time for front of reading english section and Science Section: Too exhausted in Reading section of ACT). then I didn’t report yet (in My Applications, of course in UC Application). I will report total scores and sections after taking act feb.
