Past long time ago-before Heart Problem: Cardiac Arrest Accidentally at the last month of High School and continued Heart Problem, I got a perfect score in Toelf- but passed 3 years now- Already Long time ago I did take, I didn’t report at My Application.
I’m going to be blunt with you - the UC schools are stats driven. They receive thousands upon thousands of applications and GPA is the driving factor. The UCs are test blind so they don’t see your standardized test scores. Berkeley is a long shot for international students even with perfect grades.
I’m sorry that you had such serious health challenges and hope you make a full recovery. I also hope you have a well balanced list of schools you applied to and have safeties in your home country.

I thought, Different than Asian Schools’ System, They will review My Recovering Effort- Just Seating back My desk from Heart problem I spent 5 years: Just walking again, Running again daily 10 miles that was reason Why I did request to submit My Medical Reports, not showing up My Disability, for showing up My Effort- as Too High blood Pressure- 180mmgh to 200mmgh, I was unable take a Vaccine in Covid time, But I did go a Test site- should take medical tests before and After SAT- It was same as going to Trench battlefield with My Medical Condition ‘without vaccination’. (even I faced several times real death situation).
Not only SAT and ACT score, also (Even long time ago I took) Perfect score in Toelf. I got

I’m sorry, it’s hard to follow everything you’re saying - but it seems like you’ve been a few years out of high school? How old are you now? You might be considered a non traditional student.
You also indicate you have serious ongoing medical issues. That’s yet another strong reason to stay in your country. Healthcare in America is extremely expensive!

Very old Age… Honestly that is reason Why I tried to submit My Hospital reports…10 years hospitalization, just 2023 April, Finished Main Medical Treatment (out from Medical Room). Another mean, Most of My SAT and ACT test, I did prepare in My Medical Bed.
Honestly, I didn’t write down (Any) My family information at My Applications, I hate evaluation backed by My Family- Simplely Backed by Grand land Owner- Word that American use
I lied as 100000$ yearly income at My UC Application. (one of My Two House, I rent for My tuition now).

What does this even mean? If you did lie about funding, it will catch up with you when it comes time to get a student visa…where you must show ability to pay for four years of US college.

To study here as someone whose native language is NOT English, you will need to present a passing TOEFL score. I can’t imagine how you will do that.

Are your essays written in this same unusual English style that you are using here? If so, I think this will be problematic as well.

I’m going to say it again. I’m a language specialist. Your writing here does not indicate fluency in standard American English…or even British English. It WILL be a problem for studying in this country.
