Then if other schools want you, then you should be fine. UC Berkeley is not an option at this point so move on.

Recent I contacted My friend who attend UCB Graduate School, He pointed Their feedback- Admission team is problem.
I think you are saying you were contacted about an interview after submitting an article about some “international relationship” (whatever that means).
I will say this again. In MOST cases, interviews are not considered highly in the admissions process. They just aren’t.
No. And you shouldn’t be getting your information from students.
I’m a trained English Language specialist. My concern is your less than stellar use of English. In my opinion, this is a huge obstacle.
Also, taking the standardized tests in your 20’s will be viewed as less than optimal. They are designed to be taken by high school students.
You need to look for colleges in YOUR country…that are affordable.

Here is problem as already I reported My case: Can I submit My transcript into UCB.
Because At the Early Action of other School, My Past Counselor attached Raw Transcripts (without Any Translation). then Personally One of Director asked My Transcripts in English to Her private email, I sent. then one day later, I got an interview.
I see, This is My whole Shortage.
Read the response above from @gumbymom. The deadline for applications for the UCs was November 30. You needed to have a complete application by that date, if I’m reading her response correctly.
after then, of course, I did complete My Application before deadline (same as previous My Application which was accepted from one of UC campus).
Did you apply for Undergraduate or Graduate program at UC Berkeley? What exactly did they ask for in the original email? Did they ask you to submit a copy of your transcript?

My friends - One already graduated, and one in Graduate school- Doctorate Course.UCB.
They refused My Transcripts continually.
That is great about your friends, but they do not work in admissions. Did they ask for your transcripts or did you want to send them since you made mistakes on the application?

Your friends should NOT be considered a source of admission information for Berkeley.
Then if you are accepted and can afford the $80,000 or so cost of attendance, go to that UC.
I asked, It will be fine to attach My-Original Transcript first via UPS and Later by Parchment- Official Translated Site for Transcripts.
then at* this conversation, He refused and said ’ Decision complete, Never Chance again’~
UC Berkeley states they do not accept updates after the UC application is submitted so unless they specifically asked you to submit the transcripts, they will not accept them.
