I’ll go with “out of context” answer to “who knows how the question was worded” here.
When do they have to give freshman applicants an answer by?
@JessAg97 holistic review is always January-March, stated on Admissions page.
Calling Admissions is guaranteed to give different answers, depending who you speak to.
No one will ever give an exact date.

Most schools will give a decision by April 1, because College Decision Day is May 1.
Patent answer. They do this every year. And while some may hear back in March… those will be waitlist kiddos.

Do you know when they stop sending out Blinn Team or gateway options? I understand that they send out decisions all the way out until march 31st, but was not sure if that included new offers for Blinn Team or Gateway, or if those are already all filled up. Or if March is just full of PSA, rejection letters, and kids hearing back on waitlisting. I have not heard of any Blinn Team offers since a couple weeks ago, and last I heard someone received gateway was last Tuesday. Just trying to be prepared for what comes in the next couple weeks!
So my 2028 DD said Howdy just updated for her about an hour ago? It says to check AIS for decision. She still has change of major and withdraw app buttons in AIS…is this PSA on its way in a day? I thought they are suppose to lose the buttons on AIS for PSA?
Aside from the options that went out 2 weeks ago, there shouldn’t be any more team offers. Nor gateway. Not saying there won’t be but based on years past… those should be over for new admits. Again those that selected team or both, will still hear.

My son got the same on Monday afternoon and AIS still hasn’t updated with decision. The wait is torture!
Have any engineering applicants who applied before the early action deadline heard anything back or have received a decision?

My daughter applied 10/15 for engineering, she was accepted to TAMU Galveston this past Monday, portal updated at 7am with 7 tabs. Today her portal has her acceptance letter and her status changed to accepted. She never received the three options to pick from. We are waiting on 3 more schools before she decides. We are in the north east and have not visited either campus. Depending on how this go we would make the trip down to see both.

What major(s) did you apply for, and what are your stats?
Well Boo, still nothing! I remember in 2022 my son who got TEAM received his A&M banner on Valentine’s Day, and we all celebrated. Things sure are different this time! My son seems okay, thank goodness. I"m the one who’s annoyed

I didn’t apply for engineering, but I am asking the EA engineering applicants because they are supposed to receive a decision by mid-February so I was wondering if the AO still has a large portion of engineering EA application decisions to give out. I selected TEAM only, and I really thought I would have an update by now, but I do not so I am trying to figure out which other applicants are still waiting.
