Did yall choose team only?
We chose both but her first choice major still shows and nothing else has changed. I am super stressed. I would decide that is a good sign for your kiddo
Oh my heart just skipped!!! This gives me hope.
StellasNanny, I hope that means full admit for 2nd choice major may be coming! I hope! What is the 2nd choice major?

I’m in for housing group too.
My daughter chose Team only.
Things are different this year so we aren’t sure if that was the right choice or not.
I’m down for the housing conversation for our daughter as well.
Kinesiology major, plans to rush.
His first choice was arch and second choice landscape arch which is what his major changed to today- I’m def praying this is good news.
It’s only a matter of time before you see the change in AIS. This was my older daughters exact situation.
I am so jealous Stella’s Nanny! We chose Blinn Team only and her 2nd choice was Landscape Arch. Now that she knows more about it she wants it instead. If she does Blinn Team it will take 5 years for her to finish since she can’t start studio classes until she is in the program. She may still do it though. Best of luck! Happy for your son!
I’m staying prayerful and hopeful for your daughter. I totally get it- nobody really knew what to do in making choices- it’s just so tough to go through this entire process and not really know what you are supposed to do.
What were his stats
We are interested in a housing group for our daughter as well. She plans to rush.

Yes!!! Typically when it changes do 2nd choice, you I’ll get full admit to that major!!!
For those with daughters interested in sorority rush, highly suggest attending Panhellenic Preview.
My daughter lives in a northside mod and hears Northgate bass/ sounds but it’s not “too loud.” And last call in College Station is pretty early so it’s not like it’s rocking until 5am.
Do they need to do anything for fraternity rush?
Your son should make friends with the guys in any frat that interests him. Ask around his dorm, on socials, in his high school, etc. for connections and reach out. It is often a “who you know” situation which is why some guys wait to pledge until the Spring or their sophomore year (or off cycle) to make those friends on campus first. Frats are much less formal. The guys have parties and invite potential pledges and then give offers. No rec letters, etc.
Certain high schools gravitate towards certain frats, so if your son’s HS isn’t one of those, but if he knows kids at those schools - he can ask those kids and they can point him in the direction of those frats.
Oh my Lord… I was driving back from Austin, and I missed all the action. EEEEK!!! No 7 tabs yet, but my son got the same change of major to TEAM-Blinn Team under Manage Your Application. Is this really happening???
He’s going to be home from school any minute… do I tell him?! I think until we see WHOOP!!! I"m going to try and play it cool ~ HA!
And for those of y’all apartment hunting, check out Callaway Villas too. It’s across the street from Calloway House and you can buy the food plan, plus it’s newer and more chill. My son is also looking at Northpoint Crossing… Does anyone have any info on this place?
I am SOOOO relieved and excited right now!!!
