@dopersteny Did you get your Whoop yet? From my understanding I’m in a stand still until I can fill out the NSC? I’m I correct?

Gotcha. Just found the Degree Planner link and it matches AIS and Manage Applications (CS). To be continued…Just hoping we get a final answer before spring break!
I just want to get an NSC booked around our preferences…and of course I’m not signing a lease until I book an NSC.

We toured 12 North and loved it. We’ll be signing there. You can definitely tell that it has a former life of once having been a dorm, but I think that’s part of the charm my daughter liked. It’ll give her a bit of that res hall experience without being on campus. I did note the units are a little lacking in natural light, as has been mentioned here, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for my daughter. She’s already filled out an application for a courtyard room (hasn’t signed the lease yet, though) and we’re counting on that mitigating some of the typical North Gate noise.

It was never a dorm…it’s in Northgate.
Glad you toured in person! Get in writing she’s signing for a courtyard…keep a paper trail.
All places are pretty notorious for not honoring requests, what was discussed, etc.

I was BRIGGS HALL DORM 3 BEST DAMN DORM ON THE QUAD
It was a girls dorm in the 90s for lottery losers… had SO MUCH FUN there bc everyone left their doors open.

I wish they still left their doors open. We hung out in the halls, talking, studying eating Gumbys pizza… walk down to the TV room for movie night etc. Different era for sure. Now, they really on ly know their roomie.

Neeley Knockout (1993 for 3 years)… my closest friends from college are all ones that I met in the dorm those first 2 to 3 years. I think that’s why I’m not quite as bummed that he won’t end up on campus although being on campus your first year, obviously is insanely convenient. They really wanted to live with his friend on campus, but obviously it doesn’t look like anybody’s gonna get pulled off of waitlist in time (LOL Not that I can even add his name to waitlist anyway without a whoop 
).

I remember everyone gathering around the tv too! And yes to Gumby’s pizza!!! I also remember there was a girl across the hall that had an actual computer with Windows when I just had a word processor!
