That’s excellent info. I am so torn on paying for that housing and also paying for another off campus housing deposit ($500). I made a mistake on selling Callaway House to my kid and now he’s on board for it and doesn’t want to roll the dice. I am surprised he said by NSC you will have a shot! That;s pretty great.
Okay, I think most on here are aware of our little additional fun waiting game now…but I want to recap our current situation to see if literally anyone is in this bucket with us. I plan to call AO mid-morning if I don’t see a resolution in AIS.
3 Options…Team Only Choice…7 tabs…major changed to TEAM…all the internals on deep-digging Howdy look right…but still no Whoop in AIS.
Are we alone? Arming myself with info for my call if needed. 
It’s so weird bc you also dug in to HOWDY and found the admitted to Blinn right? I think I remember seeing a screenshot!
Does it let you register for NSC yet? If I recall correctly, our AIS never said the “Whoop! You’ve been admitted” message I don’t think. We just got the NSC options. We see the “Whoop!” only under Manage Applications in Howdy.
My son just signed up for housing. In the contract, it says there is a $500 penalty if you cancel after May 1st so that explains why there could be more spots for sure after then… if you decide not to go to A&M, you’d want to cancel by then or be out $575 instead of just the non refundable $75.
On a funny note… if your kiddo is like mine and has an August birthday so still 17, you’ll have to sign the housing contract for them and you will also have to sign them up for Fish Camp. 
It’ll prompt them to add you as a proxy to sign it.

We don’t even have the Whoop in Manage Apps, we only got the NSC option. I am starting to think there are more manual steps than one would think in our highly automated age.

That is the screen that changed for us before and when we could finally signup for a NSC as the link was on the AIS page. My son’s didn’t change until around 4:30? Wonder if it’s a gradual process. Probably worth a call to AO by mid-morning.

I wonder if it’s gradual as well, hence why I’m seeing if anyone else is also in this bucket.
It would make more sense (though raise my BP even more) if there were many of us…but if there’s just one, that’s quite weird.
It will update, I am sure! I think ours took a couple of days.
We got our tabs right when you did. 
My daughter got admitted back in January. I am just here as a cheerleader!

I’d call. We don’t have a ‘Whoop’ but my daughter was able to register for a NSC.

I would give them a call this morning. I just worry you are going to get the party line about 7 tab urban myth. I know how I would be right now so I am sending you some anti anxiety vibes!
Yeam I’m working on how to position my call…“I’m in an online support group and of the 50+ in the same situation we’re the only one without it…so what’s the deal, yo?”

Does it say ‘admitted’ on one of your kid’s tabs? I’d bring that up too.
