I haven’t heard or seen anyone get in this week (except for transfers). I had my daughter contact admissions through Howdy to confirm April 1st release.
Even the Ivys have released their decisions. When did A&M get more difficult than the Ivys?

Still waiting - chose waitlist only
I had to bite my tongue so hard yesterday when I called so I would not make some snarky comment about the Ivy Release date.
Ivy day must have been good for some people because my daughter magically got off the LLC dorm waitlist this morning.
Response from AO
We appreciate your interest in Texas A&M. Waitlist selections have been reviewed and updated decisions should be released within a week or so.
Correlates to what you were told. We will see
Good luck
I just got off the phone and TAMU Admissions told me it could be mid-April now for waitlist decisions. They’d previously told me mid to late March and April 1. I, too, would love to know what answers they’re giving other people when they ask.
Does that include Blinn Team? Or have all those offers gone out?
Without knowing for sure (as in this is my opinion only), I believe all team offers have gone out. Now waitlist will get either PSA or a offer to select a different major still open, should their original major be full.
FYI - my daughter had 2 friends who chose waitlist and team back in January and received decisions last week.
One was biomedical science -she received TEAM
The other was some kind of life science (???), and she received her chosen major at TAMU College Station.
Hope everyone hears back soon!
DS chose waitlist only. Now message has reverted to my app is complete and in review, lost his change major button, 3 tabs still. Looks like PSA is coming.
Definitely PSA…sorry.
What are his other top school choices?
He is leaning towards Trinity University, but Auburn is still on the radar.
He logged on and PSA is confirmed. The waitlist was a gamble he was willing to take given he has other options, so he is happy to move on.
Crazy how this year’s thread is only 50% the size of last year’s at the same point in time
Is there anyone still waiting on a decision that had 3 choices?
Great question. The silence is deafening on here.
FYI, I started the Class of 2030 thread today. Feel free to check in around application time and share your wisdom from this cycle as others have done for you this year. The good, the bad and the ugly.
Also let people you know who have kids entering the application cycle this summer that there is a place for them to congregate and commiserate! = )
Does anyone know if the Texas A&M foundation will be giving out any scholarships this spring? I only ask because their deadline was March 10.
My ‘23 Aggie received several Foundation Awards.
The priority deadline to submit was March 10, I think, so I wouldn’t expect to see them awarded until summer-close to school starting.
I have back to back kiddos…class of 2029 and hopefully 2030. I am not looking forward to doing this all over again so soon but I am appreciative of all the information here
