I was able to get in and complete phase 1 of housing for 27-28! It’s a lot of steps, and I did think I was done before getting to the official finish line there. But I had seen Christi say be sure you get to the end. So keep going!

For fall? Did you get official acceptance yet?
Nope still in engineering review…at first it only showed summer was available, and then other housing applications popped up.

Thank y’all! Was able to complete phase 1 housing and pay deposit. One thing off the list. Surely that official will come today. I’m so curious to see what @Christi1993 thinks! Lol

Those with older kids.. has it ever been done this way before to where you could complete phase 1 before officials went out? So strange.
Not sure how but without getting an official acceptance, we were able to complete phase 1 housing contract.

I think I was less surprised by this because I knew my son would still be in engineering review when housing opened, and I had been told he could still sign up alongside those who had received official acceptances. So I knew it was possible!

Ugh! Ours still says Summer App housing app open. Can’t register for fall 27 yet.
Right, but I knew even without the official acceptance, my son would be able to register for housing. I assume everyone else who can do that today has the unofficial acceptance in Howdy and is awaiting the AIS update that makes it real.

keep checking. ours showed only summer at 630am then i clicked on housing applications around 7am and it showed everything.

actually, check in the left side menu for “housing applications” and you should see it. Doing it now with a friend and the main area showed only summer but then she dug a bit and found it.

I did housing for phase 1 for my twins. Not worried about my CT, his deposit is paid and he’ll be on the quad, but my daughter says phase 2 at the bottom. How long does an email to begin phase 2 typically take?
