Check this out!! he has so many acceptances abound on him… What is so special about this guy here??

A perfect score?

A perfect score?

Nope. He’s representing India at the upcoming IMO

wow…this guy is a genius. i think he knows everything even before opening a book(just kidding). good luck to him!!

@Robots156 no he isn’t… i can’t really see anything special in this boy… maybe it’s just me but I get the feeling that he’s no genius just school smart

@peepingtom TOI thinks a perfect SAT II score can land u in the prestigious Ivy League schools… so misinformed… very wierd article

What a joke, a perfect SAT kinda has the appeal, but perfect SAT IIs? I know any people who got perfect scores on almost all SAT IIs. I think the TOI meant perect SAT, and not SAT II. I’ll reread the article.

It’s funny, the article is vague First it says “A 19-year-old boy from the city has received admission offers from seven top US varsities, most of them Ivy League, after achieving a perfect score in SAT,” and again it repeats itself that causes the confusion "Arunavha sailed through with a perfect 2400/2400 in SAT, scoring full 800 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Level II."
The first statement in not confusing but 1st and 2nd together doesn’t provide clarity about whether it talking about SAT I or SAT II. I think it meant that either he scored 2400/2400 on SAT and SAT IIs PCM or he scored 2400/2400 on SAT II PCM only.

@mathjj- Sorry looks like i was wrong, though i remember reading it somewhere :p

Arunhava got a perfect SAT II score. His SAT was not 2400.

Dis is vry wierd… i hv begun to feel that dis guy has ordinary achievements bt still wonder hw he gt the toi front page… shucks

^ Getting into 7 top colleges is an amazing feat ( Irrespective of his ability to pay )

Also, one need not always have extraordinary achievements to get into Ivies, Stanford, etc. Be good at what you do, follow your passions, work hard, and results will come your way one day or the other
