The Cafe Watering Hole: PART DEUX

The funniest thing is hipsters thinking they’re not hip.

I have yet to encounter that.

And now I leave. I must study for a bio test that I do not want to do and then I must reread my lines for my school play because, although I know them all, I will start to feel overconfident and then things will go downhill. Happens every year. And then eventually I will go to bed.

I like your paragraph there.

Ahem. False, false.

I don’t even know what DVR stands for.

John Hughes films are necessarily ridiculous. I don’t have to like them, though.

1 more hour until I’m out of school. This class is boring as hell.

Well, it’s not really a novel. The requirement is 45 pages, which is really only about a quarter of a novel. I’m done with about 28 pages so far, but I want to be at 35 by Monday. My original goal was to be at 60 pages by this time, but I revised that after I saw how long it really takes.

UChicago needs to hurry up and send financial aid information. I’m not committing until I see it.

Snoopy, I go to the University of Chicago…seems like the watering hole is very Illinois based

Oh yes, now I remember. You won’t see me there, though. I became disillusioned.

Is it ballin’?

Snoop, I think UChicago would be a good fit for you. It looks like England. And you’re good enough at enough subjects to make it work.

I’m done with all my short-term homework, and it’s not even 19:30 yet. Then again, today was the first day in about two months that I’ve been able to come home and stay home after school.

I’m not even going to.

I think Gmail’s autopilot thing is an April Fool’s joke.

I knew you’d get a rise out of that.

I still haven’t returned my mock trial binder.

jb. I know entirely too much about UChicago. Perhaps more than you know about me. So. Conclude.

lol google cadie.

You’ve never really said what you don’t like about it. Spill.

I would prefer that it didn’t have a core, but whatever. I’ll deal with it. It will be just like my little version of the IB.

No thank you.

What do I like about Syracuse?

Uh…It snows a lot. A lot.

What about Tulane?

Gross Louisiana.

Your clamminess makes me think this is all a big scheme.

Wash U?

Waitlist.

Agnes Scott would be perfect if it wasn’t in Georgia. Trade-offs, everywhere.

I want to live in georgia more than anything in the world!

That was supposed to be in all caps. W T F.
