So it goes.

I’m putting a price on Creed right now: .0000000001 cents.

I should go do some homework before I at last give in to the immovable force that is senioritis.

What’s the conversion factor to Stanley Nickels?

I hate random capitlization.

I don’t know, CC has never really made me feel insecure about my own “stats” because I feel like I’m not considered the same way as people here are, just because I’m Canadian. The whole “overachiever” craze hasn’t hit Canada (at all) and so I know that I’m generally advantaged in the group I am a part of. Most people here who are considering going to college in the US will only be hit with the abomination that is the SAT in the fall, and it will be probably too late for them to get competitive scores by then. And, of the small group who do well, many won’t even apply to Yale. So it works out nicely.

But I won’t look into the Yale forum. I generally avoid any of the specific college forums because they’re incredibly boring. I love Yale, but I’m not really that into collecting pictures of Handsome Dan quite yet.

Everyone calls me by my full name because any nickname at all annoys me to no end. A number of my teachers call me by my last name, though.

If I get too attached I’ll be disappointed.

TRUTH.

I know people who answer everything with “true, true.”

“I can’t wait for summer.”
“True, true.”

I need to graduate.

True, true.

You had to know that was coming.

The CC forums for non-Ivies are good. The never ending chance-me threads disappear as one moves away from the more competitive schools.

I don’t really understand the admissions craze. I think money is really more important.

It is but I don’t like thinking about it.

The Ivy forums are just ridiculous. They’re embarrassing in so many ways. And the Yale forum is basically full of people who are like “how safe is new heaven im skared of goin their crime rate really hi amirite?”

Life would be so much more pleasant for the general population if there was just no such thing as money. But, alas.

^Haha, the UChicago forum has its fair share of “How safe is Hyde Park” threads.

Money keeps us out of the caves.

Debatable.

I am unhappy.

I’m so far behind on my novel. Even though I have the time to write it, I just can’t. It’s frustrating. I want it to just go away.

I’ve never written anything longer than 2000 words. I don’t know if I’d be able to write a novel.

Loose Translation by The New Pornographers is excellent.

'Tis so. I like Neko singing, though.

Neko sucks.

I dislike suit vests.

But vests are hip.

Yes and no.

I see. Jesse Eisenberg was Michael Cera before there was a Michael Cera.

Michael Cera is the victim of unfortunate typecasting and will always be awkward.

Nuff said.

True, true.
