I’m afraid you just trashed Canada’s fame. So. Fail.

And a Miley Cyrus song describes my life. That’s sad.

The Shins are making a new album for early 2010. FINALLY SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO.

I know I did. I know.

Weren’t you looking forward to anything else?

Getting accepted to Yale. But the chances of that are slim, at best.

Oh, and graduating. But hopefully the album will be out before then.

And summer, I guess. Depending on what I choose to do during summer.

Speaking of which, I should start hunting for a job, even though I probably won’t get hired because of my almost non-existent experience.

I have experience. That’s what she said.

Rory Gilmore goes to Yale. You’d be just like her, but Canadian.

Yeah, and I’d also be real.

Canada > fiction except when Canada = fiction.

That’s a paradox.

Where am I going to be accepted, yak?

Everywhere, pretty much. None of your schools are truly reaches.

Except Stanford, if you choose to apply there, but that’s because it’s a reach for everyone. And Harvard too, but who cares about Harvard.

My mother does. And most of my schools are reaches, silly Canadian. H, S maybe, Columbia, Vandy. Pomona and Rice are iffy. And you know I’m going to have a heckuva hard time with UT Knox.

Heckuva.

H, S, and C are reaches. Vandy, Pomona, Rice, UT, not so much.

I’ve got to visit UT. I’ll go in the fall. See my buds.

Moaning Myrtle is SO ANNOYING.

I watched this video in ToK about something. Can’t remember what. Someone scientific, Newton, Einstein, something. The actress for Moaning Myrtle was in the movie.

It’s sad that that’s all I retained.

Not really. Now I’m going to look up what it is.

I’m going to be in front of the Chinese Theatre one day. Theater?

Theatre is the proper pronunciation.

I think the movie was called “Einstein’s Big Idea” but that could’ve just been an article we read, I can’t remember.

How was AP Chem?

I honestly don’t know. Everyone in the AP Chem thread either thought the mc was super hard and frq was super easy, or the mc was super easy and frq was super hard. I don’t know that much chemistry, honestly.

The top two juniors are graduation attendants. I am one of those. I have to dress up.

Oh, and Vandy is a reach for you? Pfft.

I’m going to sleep.

Good night, America.

We got yearbooks today. I have to think of substantial things to say because half of everyone is leaving. Ugh.

Apple Bottom Jeans. Boots wit da fur. Sorry.

We get yearbooks in the fall. So I have to wait until September to get mine.

I also have to have a random orthodontist appointment sometime in October or November. I’m undecided as to how that’s going to work.

I think I’m officially out of all my exams, except for my Spanish interview.

I am waiting for the FRQ for Chemistry to be posted online so that I can pass judgement.

I practiced parallel parking in town today again. Noodles, I totally suck at it. That will be another goal of the summer. It probably won’t take me the whole summer to perfect it, but it’s still a goal.
