Werewolf.

Seriously. A 71 is not good.

Werewolf.

Seriously. A 71 is not good.

I’m guessing it was an attack by hard bread in Croatia.

Okay, I’ll stop now. That’s enough bashing for one night. I’m going to bed.

Wow, JB. Wow.

Italian people have such fun last names. The 4x200m relay team’s last names have like 50 syllables in total.

Is the bread hard in Croatia? It was hard in Spain. I’m all for crusty bread, but I have to be able to eat it. At one place in Spain, I had this bread that was so hard, I could use it as a drumstick on the plate. It seriously made a noise just as loud as when I used my fork. And that was AFTER drenching it in olive oil.

I got my schedule, and it’s remarkably not screwed up. In fact, I think it’s perfect. Now I can fill my free period with an independent class, and the teacher of the class happens to be the study hall supervisor. They didn’t get Geography/Psychology in there, but I guess I didn’t really need those.

I have 1200 posts. I’m moving up in the world.

My schedual is perfect but I realy don’t want to go back to school. I don’t like it very much and would prefer to speend my free time reading or writing :)

I don’t even have a set schedule. I have to move around my math class the first day of school and figure out if I want the English speaking stat professor or not. I guess it’s better than last year when I had that silly phase where I thought I wanted to be an engineer.

The semi-annoying emo kid I sit next to used to go to the school where Hannah Montana will go this year.

Yeah.

There was an awkward pause, and something that should’ve began just passed us by.

18 days of freedom. Two weeks and four days. Oh how I look forward to going back to the teachers who always tell us we don’t understand anything. Yeah.

I think the teachers for the classes I don’t have with my friends won’t realize I’m teh genius. Which I realize is terrible and egotistical and I’m not a genius and I’m stupid for assuming that everyone should think so, but still.

I kind of miss that dynamic where I could look bored and draw pictures and no one gives a crap.

Wow, I totally just alienated the Canadian with my conceit.

If I get bored in class, I talk a lot. Teachers hate me for it. Not the interesting ones, though, because I don’t talk when I pay attention.

Sucks for them.

No, you did not. I’m used to American conceit. I just read a sample critical reading passage from the SAT, and it had this sentence: “Because of the American penchant to be considered the inventors of nearly everything, the wide-open style of cattle-ranching was appropriated from the Mexican originators.”

I used to hate it because when I walked into class I was always ‘the smart one’. But now I kind of miss it. I have to prove myself all-freaking-over again. And the sheer vanity of my English teacher will not make it easy because besides his teaching omgKOLLEJ and being rich, he also wrote this book, which just totally makes me omgrespect him more.

I’m taking down that link in, like, 2 minutes. And yes, he makes me SO MAD.

That woman on the cover has wonderful claws.

So I know a published author, and he’s an effing WHAT THEY EDIT IT???bag.

Do you get what I mean, Canadian, about being the smart one? It’s a delicate topic.

And I totally alienated you again.

I don’t like Ryan Lochte.

Teachers automatically assume I’m a bad student when they see me, but I don’t know why. They they mark my first test and change their minds.

For me, it really depends on the teacher. Once, I made a small mistake on a math test, and I finished early so I handed it in, but my teacher returned it to me and told me to change what I wrote on that specific question. Later, he said it was because he knew I wasn’t paying as much attention as I should’ve been to what I was doing. With other teachers, it’s not really like that.

My French teacher never, ever lets anyone feel smart. He’s really dry, and it’s actually kind of amusing. I’ve written an essay I was really proud of in his class, and I got 54% on it. I was still the only one who got above 50%, so it was okay, but still. Whenever you feel really confident about something, he basically tells you that you’re incompetent and that you think like an elementary school student. To your face. But I guess he’s worth it, because he’s known as one of the best French teachers in my province.

See, most of my teacher are like your math teacher, because they know I know what I’m doing so they point out what I did wrong and I correct it. I’ve never been in the position where a teacher hasn’t made an assumption about me beforehand.

And I’m lazy, and it’s easier to just turn in something eh and get a 100.

haha province.

Stop.

Yeah, I can’t do that. My teachers are actually pretty strict.
