The Cafe Watering Hole

Since my show and tell is 10 minutes long, I’m going to have to come up with something good. I can’t talk about a baseball glove for 10 minutes. I’m liking my imaginary friends idea.

Puedes hablar de algo por diez minutos si usas muchas palabras pequenas, por ejemplo, pues…, entonces…, luego…, etc. Pero si quieres parecer loco enfrente de tu clase, habla con sus amigos que no existe.

No Espanol.

S

Un. Necessary.

I have yet to bust out the bits and pieces of the other four languages I know. But I only know bits and pieces of those.

I understood everything you wrote, JB. Yesss, I’m so proud.

City signed Robinho. Sigh.

That’s good that you understood it, since most of it is just my made-up Spanish. I’m pretty sure a native speaker would look at me like I’m crazy. Apparently three years isn’t long enough to learn a language to fluency.

That de piel bit is ridiculous, lol.

Espero que Yak sepa el subjuntivo. It sucks so much.

Nope.

Bah Latin.

ipso facto QED cogito ergo sum. jajajajajajajaja!

No .

Snoop, I’m practically fluent.

My cellphone smells like sausage.

Mi fono huele como chorizo.

I joined the recycling club.

Yeah.

The subjunctive in French is pretty easy. It gets really confusing in Spanish, though. Annoying.

Everything in Latin is easy if you remember all your endings.

There are 20 forms of every verb in Latin.

Snoop, do you guys have to speak Latin in class?

No. What good would that do?
