@NYKaren my D is a junior MT at PPU and she auditioned at NY Unifieds. In fact, it was her first audition at Unifieds.
Thanks everyone. I’ve subsequently discovered that the letters of recommendation we thought were done at the beginning of September have not been transmitted. That is probably the cause for the delay at the schools in question.

Has anyone heard from CCM as far as audition times? We submitted the application through Common App and responded to the email that asked for first and second preferences as far as auditioning goes, but nothing since.
@mindatwork my D applied to Hartford. She checked in by email a few weeks ago to make sure they had everything (and they didn’t). If you look online there is an admission specialist that deals with Hartt applicants. But she did let D know that they don’t start reviewing applications until October. And she has followed up since when the missing items were located. So your S might shoot the admissions counselor an email! Also, just a general reminder to check spam folders. We have found several school emails misdirected there!
@carriemc95 I looked back at last year, and it looks like we received the audition date/time confirmation from CCM about 3 weeks after submitting the form with preferences. We also submitted that at the end of August so it’s possible that we were a little ahead of the deluge of applications they get.
My D received her CCM audition confirmation last week. It took a week from submitting the application. We are still waiting on Hartt confirmation.

Thank you all for your feedback on scheduling auditions without having all school info received. We were soooo disappointed though that BW November auditions are already booked! WOW that was REALLY fast! Just thought I’d let others know…
I just went and found it in her spam! Yikes! Glad I asked.
Any idea if Baldwin Wallace has a wait or cancellation list for any of the November dates? We were disappointed as well to find out that these slots were full, were counting on a fall visit. We haven’t contacted the school directly yet to ask; the application just submitted today.

I have been so nervous about this whole process…but very happy to report my D passed her first pre-screen just after two days from submitting it! To CMU!!! At least she has one…I was nervous she wouldn’t get any! Thanks for all the advice on this board!
Hello everyone - my first post here. My D has a few academic acceptances already and 5 audition dates confirmed so far. We’re hoping to finish the pre-screens within the next 7-10 days if all goes well. I’ve been reading through threads from last year and to say I’m stressed is probably an understatement. Ha!
@CanaDad My d received an email from BW today asking if she wanted to choose a new audition date or be on the wait-list for November - we decided to just choose a date in February

@MToverload, congrats to your daughter on the academic acceptances! What 5 have you confirmed already? We have confirmed 5 (SUNY Cortland, BW, Nazareth, Florida Southern, PP). Waiting on confirmation from Hartt, Fairleigh Dickenson (October date, doing for practice), Montclair, James Madison, Molloy CAP 21. Rest are pre-screen.
