<p>i know admissions decisions are right around the corner, and most of us are quite anxious to hear back from schools. some have tried to keep themselves busy or try to keep their minds occupied by studying more, but nothing ever works!</p>

<p>well, i got a speeding ticket today. 39 in a 30 zone -_- seriously, i just went to buy milk and it’s a road i drive on daily. and i get pulled over for going 39?</p>

<p>this really has made me not think about college decisions. it sucks how i try to save and budget my money as best as i can, and a speeding ticket can just screw everything up. and i’m a student that isn’t currently working and needs to study for finals. juuuuust great.</p>

<p>so i guess if you guys wanna stop thinking about college decisions, go get a speeding ticket or any other traffic offense… haha.</p>

<p>sry about the speeding ticket…if it makes you feel any better, i have 2 points on my record and i got them BOTH before i even got my license = /…so 1 more offense and i’m doomed!..they’ll take my license away for 6 months lol</p>

<p>and both points were parking accidents haha…but now im a better driver now that i have had my license for a while…</p>

<p>lol…its really interesting. i can spend hours on the computer researching about college…and then i’ll go out…and its like a reality shock… here i am, a young student with a bright future, when i go out, i see all these hopeless middleage people working minimum wage jobs…and then there are the homeless people hanging out on shattuck/telegraph…just meters away from one of the best universities in the world. its just so much contrast and it really makes you feel almost guilty for having it so good.</p>

<p>I’ve been occupying myself by spending more money than I have in my life. It helps, but if i don’t get in to LA or Cal i’ll really regret it…</p>

<p>well i got something that will beat all of you guyss , my girlfriend of 4 years are ALMOST breaking up right now, i just flew out to berkeley the day before yesterday to try to save it, i came back last night so that took away most of the weekend that i thought was going to take FOREVER , it sucks for me if i dont get into Berkeley now, i think that will be my appeal than.</p>

<p>ive been watching re-runs of Lost and watching a bunch of movies (i just watched UNited 93 and Brick- both highly recommended).</p>

<p>I’ve also been going on websites that just **** ME OFF. <p>im expecting it to be extremely predictable/dramatic/bias…its one of those movies that makes you feel that you have to see it, if your a true patriotic american…</p>
