About the CA form- filling in the EC form?
Like if you’re the sports varsity team captain, and captain of the state team, do you enter it as 1 or put it as 1 and 2 ? If you get what I am saying.
Or you skip the smaller achievement (here- the varsity captain part?)
Coz am sure that There are limited numbers provided to enter the ECs.</p>

If you have a professional guidance counselor, they would know how to handle such stuff.</p>
