<p>OK… here’s how I made a fool of myself towards the end of class 11th…</p>
<p>We had a goodbye party for someone that was leaving to singapore… Unlimited drinks were on the menu… and me well lol… I couldn’t resist that… I was dating a girl named Sonika those days… She was a nice girl that drank too… so we fit each other’s personality… She didn’t drink much though…</p>
<p>We landed up on the party… all of us were sitting around this big table… being served good food and drinks… this was in a good pub in gurgaon… So around 9pm the DJ came in and we moved towards the dance floor… i like an idiot decided to stay at the bar a little longer… I was accompanied with a few friends… My date for that evening choose not to drink more… and decided to dance with someone else!!! And I really didn’t know because I was already quite high… So we had more… and more… A few of us were sitting and talking… and drinking… and talking… I think I had at least several drinks there… and it was time to go…</p>
<p>I then remembered I had a date for that evening… She had already left!!! I was drunk… Had a tough time walking… had to be helped out by a few friends… I had driven myself to the party… My friends had to lock the car for me and leave it for the night there… This was a bad part of the city… As u all know…</p>
<p>One of my friends Abhinav decided to take me home… who was sober
I don’t remember much how we got home… but I do remember waking up in the morning… with a bad hang over… I first looked for my cell phone… which my friend had carefully kept with him… Checked my SMSs… Sonika was apparently very angry… and She didn’t pick my call… I then remembered about my car… We went that afternoon to look for it… But it wasn’t there!!!</p>
<p>We looked and looked… apparently it got stolen… I made up some story with my parents and they filed a police complaint…</p>
<p>So I ended up losing my car and losing a potential friend !!! Not good… but hell… but it thought me alot about my limits!!</p>
<p>We eventually got insurance on the car… And now I always take my driver when I go to parties</p>

<p>A shot is actually having the drink neat, with salt… It’s a small glass with maybe around 20 or 40ml of the drink…</p>

Mine was very smooth. The officer said congratulations and told me she’d send the passport with the visa back in the next couple of days.</p>

<p>and Arjun… some friendly advice- dude go out there and familiarize urself with partying/american culture etc… im not sayin dink or anything… but just know what its about. iv been reading ur posts and honestly if u ever asked anyone here in america what a “shot” is or what BAC is they’d laugh at you and that would pretty much be the end of ur social life there.
just watch movies wtvr…speak to ppl who have been to america… get acquainted… u dont want to be one of those sad engineers who spend saturday nights in the library… (and who are eventually employed by some frat boy cos they lack social skills, do you?)</p>

I am a bit concerned that all appointment slots are full at chennai till end of JULY.That is todays status.By the time I get my I-20 …god knows what will be the status?

<p>Dude, Tequilla definately has a lower punch than vodka… And I don’t know about you… i certainly like its taste over vodka…</p>
<p>It has lower alcohol content than vodka… that is a fact…</p>
<p>I know tequilla isn’t really a social drink… and most take it in shots… to get drunk real fast…</p>
<p>But I personally prefer having it normally…
And i have a few friends who love that too… so its pretty social for me…</p>
