First of all buddy you are on the wrong forum…this is for 4 year college goers…
But now that u have asked a question so let me answer. To give a career lift i would suggest going for the MS in USA (basicalyl Biomed without MS is not that valuable).
Next, Biomed is lot better than biotech (especially in terms of money)…
You can obviously also go for MS in Biotech but i would suggest Biomed…</p>

Well now that you want to go to the US get the ‘IIT JEE’ image out of your head…US admissions are not just cutoff scores on a test…so any score cannot get u thru 100% to a particular university not even a 1600 (although that can help 
).
But aim for a 1400+ in GRE preferrably a 1500+ (on the computer based section, and try to do well in the AWA as well). you might have to give GRE subject tests, and u need to submit reccomendations from your proffs and your college marksheet for all the terms for which u have given exams…
Instead of coming to forums, first try to get information from the sites of various colleges and email them with your doubts to get an accurate and official answer…
