<p>My parents will be paying for my education. Yes, I’m one of those people who, according to some people, get in to colleges without any merit, just money. And I have legacy too - that makes me even more unworthy.</p>

<p>Paying for your education and being a legacy doesn’t make you “unworthy”.
I’m sure your parent/parents got into whichever school you are a legacy in through their own hard work and it is their hard work that is enabling them to be able to pay for their children’s tuition.
And just because you can pay for your education doesn’t mean that you aren’t as good as the guys who need fin aid.
So you deserve to get into college as much as anybody else does.
And congrats for the acceptances.</p>
<p>My older brother is the reason I’m a legacy. Don’t worry - I didn’t take offense at all. I actually wanted that to come off in a humorous way. Now that I read it again … it kind of does seem serious.</p>

<p>Depends on the college, I think. Not sure, but I do know that some of them look at sibling relation as well.</p>
