Intel Core Duo 2.16 GHz, 1 GB RAM. I love my life. (Perhaps I shall just wed my computer. Whom holy hardware hath joined let none put asunder.)

And I’m studying very hard for Physics, because I want 97 at least. :o Hence my comparative absence from this thread.

Now I can c some seriousness about boards…this was about to happn…

I hate people with dual core processors and 1 GB RAM. I HATE THEM. :<.

I have an old Intel processor, but at least it’s 3.2 Ghz. And 512 MB RAM.

Ah, well…I can’t be liked by everyone.
Intel Core Duo 2.0 Ghz 1 GB RAM

ya…I am predictably unpredictable to be liked…
Neway, I was wondering, How is the Manipal University??..(Anyone?)…

@fuzzy Adding to your hateability is that you’ve already been accepted to Stanford, and we’re all sitting here, studying for the Boards and waiting, waiting, waiting… and tense… and nervous… and jerky… and scared… and worried… and waiting, waiting, waiting… :)

@issac: I have no idea, but I’m writing the entrance test. You can study for two years in the US and two in India, though. In good places, too, I think the Illinois Institute of Technology or someplace.

ya…I hav heard of that…but that doesnt lead to the prediction of its ranking…

Don’t hate me, but I have 2 GB of ram lolol

I have a 512 MB RAM running on a P4. Sucks, I know. But I use BBLean(with its assorted plugins) as my default shell. So my limited RAM doesn’t really bother me. :D

Well, if any of you remember - UIUC had rejected me due to pretty lame reasons.

They seem to have had a change of heart. They finally admitted me! :D

As of now, all 3 decisions I have got have been good ones. ;)

EDIT: I have personally used only Ubuntu and Knoppix, but I hear Slackware and Debian(actually Knoppix and Ubuntu are Debian based) are pretty good too.

Congratulations! :)

Congrats !!! which are those 3 colleges Lakshya?

Congratulations, Lakshya!

I’ve had two decisions, both negative. I’m beginning to get a tad disheartened (you know, just a little bit.).
