The Indian Thread (TiT) # 15

Hehe…is anyone a normal reader how prefer to read Harry Potter…lol…

I stopped midway too actually. Modernist poetry’s never my cup of tea actually. (Knowledge of Elliot restricted to The Wasteland and Journey of the Magi)

Yeah, stop it. No, actually, you can go on. You have a Chem test tomorrow, it’s a genuine excuse.

I read Harry Potter! I just read a lot of other stuff as well. (My ‘favourite book or poem or whatever’ short essay for Chicago was [literary madness](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?p=3444212#post3444212).)

Shrivats – ‘Burnt Norton’ is Eliot’s best, at least in my opinion. (I don’t know a single person who agrees with me on this, though.)

I do read HP as well Isaac. (Not that I like admitting that aloud) :D

I have around 34534957 favourite books, the latest being Richard Dawkins’s The God Delusion. But um… I hate not reading the books you have.

I’m going for lunch. WHY do I always miss the high activity times?

Ah Kriti, good to see you here as well. (nearly a full complement, except for the fact that it’s logistically impossible for Kaushik and I to post at the same time.)

Shrivats and k_twin must b playing ‘‘computer-computer’’ game…from the high randomness of their posts I guess they must be cursing for having one computer to use…

I suppose, isaac, not that I understood the post. (Back to old times, I see)

Oh God, Temporal problems again. (We need a BT Telephone Box here don’t we)

Noldo and Shrivats need to start their own forum to discuss latin and the ginormous(yes, i can make up words) number of books they’ve read.

Kriti – ooh, Dawkins! Have you read ‘The Selfish Gene’ by him? (Okay, that sentence sucked. Too tired to change it, though.)

Shrivats – telephone box? Surely a [police box](Doctor Who) would be more appropriate? (Yes, I do drag my geeky obsessions into everything, why do you ask? :p)

edit to add: fuzzy, I certainly wouldn’t object to that sort of forum. And I’m sure you lot would be happier sans Latin.

We should, shouldn’t we? Ah the Jabberwocky! (neologisms forever :D)

ya…I was about to suggest that fuzzy…
And with ur arrival the only one remains(in the regular poster’s list) is Abhi…

No posts for 4 minutes, what’s happening to the world?

I’ll start if you both stop trying to make me feel so illiterate.

I’m going to major in Classics just so I can one-up Noldo and Shrivats. Boo.

I was posting on this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=303329</a></p>

I’m going. I need to eat lunch. Nice to see you :).

And no, I haven’t read The Selfish Gene, but I plan to read ALL HIS BOOKS after May 17th (BITSAT)

Shrivats – you’ve actually seen the one episode? I am impressed, most of the time people just make amusingly bewildered expressions at me when I mention Doctor Who.

Kriti – I seriously considered majoring in Classics. But Maths wins.

Lakshya – if i type lyke dis wil it help??? (I hope that the answer to that is ‘no’. Doing that was just painful.)

anyone else read the article in the Crimson about the intruder in one of the dorms?

Well I don’t remember any of it. (Proceeds to perform said bewildered expression). Nope fuzzy, not yet, though I’ll go read that now. (And give way to Kaushik, who’ll take over on the conveyor belt)

Adieu…
