<p>Financial Aid - How does it work? Do you pay it back to colleges after you graduate and start working?</p>
<p>you guys are only 16 and already going to college? I’m the youngest in my class as a junior 
and by the time I get to college i’ll be 17.</p>
<p>naidu90 – I’m personally a bit of a special case, I suppose. (Some people would say basket case, but I’ll leave that to others to decide.)</p>
<p>inshallah – it depends on whether you get your money in loans or grants. Loans you will need to pay back, grants are exactly what it says on the tin – granted. :D</p>
<p>Edit to add: anyone else notice CC’s layout being weird? (When I say ‘weird’, I mean ‘white and Times-New-Roman-y and reminiscent of a mental hospital, in a way’.)</p>

<p>As for me, well I don’t quite know why I’m young for my class. (never got a double promotion or anything) Factoring backwards though, I seem to be about 4 years old when I entered 1st grade, which doesn’t make any sort of sense.

<p>The new layout? That’s not new, it’s the old layout, it comes back when CC feels a bit nostalgic (or something). :)</p>

<p>Well if you were 4, and I was 4, then somewhere along the way you’ve gained a year. (Or I’ve lost one, which would fit in with my machinations with the space-time continuum :))</p>
<p>The real question though, if we anthropomorphize CC, is what sort of an animal is it? Votes anybody?</p>
<p>My personal idea is of a slightly irascible mother elephant, prone to flights of fancy, but never, ever forgetting anything. (But then, that’s just me :D)</p>
<p>I’d see it more as a shark with most of us being remora spearfish, along for the ride (I know, I’m slightly mad)</p>
