<p>Financial aid generally is not available to international students.</p>

<p>Eligibility for federal and University need-based aid is limited to US citizens, permanent residents and eligible noncitizens who are living within the US for purposes other than studying. All merit award recipients, except Trustee Scholars, University Scholars, and Engineering Scholars must meet the same citizenship criteria. Therefore, Boston University requires international students applying for admission to present evidence of sufficient funds to cover all tuition, fees, books, and living expenses for their study at Boston University.</p>

<p>No (Generally)…It may b possible that they giv merit scolarships(although the probability is very low…)…
And changing major will hav no effect in generally ANY college coz they dont consider about ur major at the time of Admissions(Generally)…</p>

<p>@ajayc – so what if they don’t give need-based?
They give merit-based half-tuition don’t they? (that’s probably what my senior got)
If you need more, then I don’t think you should apply to BU.</p>

<p>As I said before, CB does not list whether its merit-based or need-based aid…and don’t pay attention to the “need-based” thing.
They write that for almost every college.</p>

<p>Well, that’s from ur perceptivity…colleges wont look at ur major during adm process(generally)…
btw, ME is 2nd best field in engineering(around d world)…so, it is available in plenty no. of colleges…</p>
