<p>When I was in Kuwait, it was almost always air-conditioned (we used to fight about who’d go out to turn the car on in summer :D), so I’d imagine this holds true for Dubai.</p>

<p>It’s terrible for them. One of the most terrible and sad things about Dubai.</p>

<p>I havent received my package yet and my mom is starting to worry if I’ve actually been accepted. She worried not because I’ll lose out on top notch education (IITs are the best) but because she’s called all her friends already.</p>
