<p>The best 4 is a necessity here where half the subjects you do study are not of your choice anyway but forced upon you. I mean making me study physics and chemistry is bad enough but forcing me to take it in my overall percentage would be insanely cruel. Atleast the Council doesn’t totally screw with students…</p>
