I don’t know about the tax bill, but an Executive Order earlier this year made it clear that the Justice Department would not go after violators of the Johnson Amendment, so it is de facto as good as gone.

Jeff Flake just demonstrated why term limits would be beneficial. I don’t always agree with him on stuff, but at least he isn’t supporting a pedophile.

Ben Sasse (R Senator from Nebraska) just Tweeted criticism of Flake and compared child molestation and partial birth abortion (plugging for Moore).
I understand that abortion is an important issue for Ben Sasse, but still, there needs to be pushback on this from Christians. I suppose the idea of “choice” v. “no choice” isn’t good in this context, but clearly in the US no woman has an abortion without her consent, whereas being molested as a teen is all about having her right to consent taken away from her.
Just the fact a Senate race is making people discuss the respective demerits of abortion v. pedophilia should tell voters exactly why Roy Moore doesn’t belong in the Senate.

To me, I’m not sure what is worse: trying to equivocate using abortion, pretending it’s all lies, or saying it’s probably true but it doesn’t matter.

His best known political viewpoints appear to be generally the opposite of what right-leaning people in the US favor, and he has money to give to left-leaning political groups.

In other news, Moore likely started dating his wife before she was divorced. This is something that I don’t normally care too much about (minding my own business) but as his whole political persona is based on upholding the 10 commandment, breaking one of them appears hypocritical.

Apparently Moore started dating his now-wife before she even filed for divorce. It’s one thing to date a woman in the process of divorcing her husband, but another to date a married woman not in the process of divorcing her husband.
Actually, most conservative Christians are very pro-Jewish. After all, they worship one.
However, they are (obviously) very anti-atheist, which many ethnic Jews, including Soros, are.
I think the main problem conservatives have with Soros is that he is for completely open borders worldwide and sees the existence of America, as a leading nation, as bad for the rest of the world.
Also, he himself wants “nothing to do” with Israel. This view is antithetical to conservative Christian belief.
Have you got any cites for this from Soros or people affiliated with Soros? A quick Googling revealed this claim from conservative sources that typically spread lies and misinformation, but I couldn’t find any confirmation from any authoritative source.
