You could probably sell it to some desperate soul.

I have the sudden urge to become a dentist now!

@collegedropout1 yea I had that urge for about a month after I went to the dentist a while back
over it tho

For those of you that applied for parking when did you get your offer?

Today

Does anyone know if Sunset Boulevard is completely open now? I heard they opened it a few days after the flood but it had a slower speed limit and not all lanes were open. I haven’t even tried to go near it.

I don’t know if it’s open, I assume it is, but we were there two days after the flooding and we were always up on Sunset a few times a day. It wasn’t a big deal. Small stretches closed with easy detours.

I really like the planner they gave us at orientation. Just sucks i had already bought one

I didn’t receive an email with a parking offer today, dose that mean I didn’t get the exemption? Im freaking out i am transferring to the Beverly Hills branch of my store and I need my car!

@KasAnn if you don’t get it check with @sonic23. He may have a deal you can’t refuse.

@linyk8 can you trade offers? @sonic23 is yours a parking exemption?

@collegedropout1

I had the dental school urge for a little bit a few weeks ago lol. You run your own practice, work good hours, make good money and are generally respected. Still can’t get myself to really sink in more classes + 4 years of dental school + whatever speciality.

All things considered dermatology could be the big money maker, with all the lasers and Botox etc. Unfortunately there is the element of some disgusting skin conditions. But it’s not a bad one if I were to choose.

Dermatology is probably the hardest speciality to get into out med school, along with plastic surgery. I guess money talks, but dermatology has normal hours + high reimbursement + product pushing = $$$$/surgeon pay.

Also, earlier I noticed a class I should’ve registered for (for some reason I never noticed it). I guess I have to wait til the 23 of September :(

@sonic23 Wow, so many people here want to become dentist.

@CSB111 Yeah, that is what attracted me to dentistry. I just really wanted to avoid graduate school, but I guess I would be fine with dental school.

@Lindyk8 HAHAHAHAH, what makes you say that? Dentistry is a very lucrative practice. I have never really been interested in medical school. It is too long and even after you finish it, you still have to spend time under the supervision of another doctor with no pay. It is even worst if you are going to become a specialist. Plus, the competition to get med schools is just too much for me. I can’t imagine how some students manage to sabotage other people’s grade in order to get ahead of them. I really don’t want to be in that kind of atmosphere. You would think that with that level of competition they are bidding to become the next Monarch. Dental is competitive, but not on the level of premed.

I hate dentists! Is it still the profession with the highest suicide rate?

@Zalrons, Haha I always hear that dentists are the unhappiest.

@kasann idk? its regular parking that I got

& i had no idea dentist were unhappy? lol it seems like a good job gross but good

my dentist is nice…he knows I’m poor and my insurance sucks so he does work for cheap and free. Im pretty sure its because he was a bruin though? idk lol His office is also very nice.
