I have a hydro flask, but the cup version. Does anyone have a S’well? I have 2. IDK if they are that good because I’m kind of oblivious to, well, everything but they are kinda pricey.

We’ve had light snow maybe once or twice….I wouldn’t call it real snow haha.
My best friend, whom I met the first day of college, had never seen snow. I tried to explain it to her and failed. The first snow was fantastic, what an experience!
That first snow is magical. Winters that extend into April, not so much.
Snow in here is absolutely magical on the first day but then turns slushy and really kind of gross by the 3rd day.
Unless it freezes over. Then it gets super shiny and slippery and its really pretty. but you’re right @misslilbookworm it gets all slushy and yucky right when it warms up ?

It was super anti-climatic when I found out though. I planned on checking the portal after school and recording my reaction, stuff like that, but my mom just texted me saying I got waitlisted while I was in class.
I told some of my friends and my English teacher, and they were all comforting me. It was so sweet! ?

@ilovechoateeeee aw i suppose it’s quite disappointing not to be able to open the portal yourself and all, but it’s alright! it’s great that you had friends comforting you and all, and who knows, they might have room to bump you off the waitlist! i wish you the best of luck as m9/10 approaches !!

Went out to check my mail. Saw a big white letter from Choate. Outside said “Choate’s the place to be!”. Got excited for some reason. Open it. It’s a mailer for their summer programs.
