The official Pakistani Thread for the class of 2015

matlab ke is thread par urdu mien guftugu ka koi scope nhin.

scope hi scope hai janab…

sahi, glad to see you here. :)

btw guys, yahan urdu mein baat cheet karna mana hai.(http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/international-students/24828-important-english-please.html</a>)

Just a passing comment from an Indian(and by default but not really active Hindu)…

In India, the government policies wrt to Muslims don’t suck. It’s the public’s general mindset that creates problems regarding effective implementation of those policies.

Also, our President doesn’t decide much. There are other influential political leaders who are Muslims though(perhaps not quite enough of them).

Congratulations to everyone on admissions news! Yaay for the subcontinent!

^ we know. those disgusting views were held only by one poster here. most pakistanis don’t think that way at all.

thanks! how are you guys faring over in India? :)

1 day … 22 hours… 41 mins… till MIT’s rejection :P

I just hurried through this thread to get an idea of things. This definitely is the nation’s cream right here. And I feel a little out of place.
Anyway, Actually not sure if possible, But I am curious to know the essay quality that exists. Stats are easily compared, and I am sure already have been, so cant we just, for evaluations, extend our essays to each other?
It would definitely help kill this 2 weeks time.

pakipower some day, very far in the future, you’ll see the true colour of things.(please dont start arguing again).

@sahiscope, sure, but the essay exchange wont be for ‘evaluation’ i guess. and there is a drawback too, if you read an essay which is better than yours, wont you feel a bit bad? :)

@Sahiscope

Yar angrezi mein baat karni hai warna nai karni. Ok phir hain.

qwerty11, whatever. you can post replies here if you want, but from this post on i’m going to choose to ignore you. i ask that you ignore me too. k?

sahi, sure. i’d be up for that.

@incarcerated.
oye ganjey.

pakipower i think i asked you in my post to ignore me.

Sahi, araam say baat karo ye forum university applications k liay hai tumhari fazool baaton k liay nai.

Guyz

Main aap logon se iltaja karna chahoon ga k yahan par aik doosray ko naazeba alfaaz, jaisay k “oye ganjey!”, se muhatib karney se guraiz karain!

Yaayyy! I got …ohhh…ummm… rejection from caltech :frowning: I can see myself getting straight rejections since my caltech supplement was just a copy past of other supplements.

incarcerated, agar university applications ke liye hai tou tun yahan kiya kar rha hai.
prep school boy.

hafiz getting into caltech is very different.

qwerti, I dont see much of a problem in that waise. It will be healthy.

Go ahead then sahiscope. PM me yours. :)

hafiz, it’s ok. seems like everyone here was as well. and i’m sure you still have a very good chance at all of your other schools.

admission to Caltech is a crapshoot so its outcome usually has very little bearing on your chances at other schools.
