and i’m going for business. Tepper at CMU, and Statistics and Management at UCL. Accepted to Kings, Royal Holloway, and Babson aswell but so far CMU and UCL at the top

wow, who are these accepted kids in lahore? O.O

alibhai, see the list: aitchison esp

@bluelove- i can only see macalaster!

Hi guys,

I thought it’s about time I introduced myself as well. I have been reading the thread for a while but haven’t said much.

The whole admission process has been quite bumpy for me, so far from the US I have had a string of rejections, just one acceptance from BU (Alhamdullilah). Didn’t make it to my dream school (CMU for Computer Science) so now I am just hoping something opens up this Friday.

PAKISTAN2012, I do not think getting a 5 in Cal BC will be too difficult for you, considering your SAT Math score. Did you take Cal AB or BC in senior year?

I guess you can add another acceptance to the list…
UCL - from Choueifat. :)

^I do not think you should expect PAKISTAN2012 to answer that on a public forum.

LOL, if he really cared about his privacy, he shouldn’t have filled in his date of birth on this “public forum”. … BTW, now I know…

And perazziman, I really don’t think that you’re 51 years old. :p

Hey guys,
I just noticed talk about how the selection process for LACs has been brutal this year. Sorry to hear about it.

We at Lyceum have been doing better than usual though (We usually do terribly ).

3 People got into Macalester (including myself). I also got into Grinnell. A friend of mine got into Mount Holyoke another to Smith.

Vassar tonight… I’m scared… Expecting a rejection but you never really know until you know. Gluck! :)

i took Calc AB junior year and Calc BC Senior year. and it isnt calculus which is hard, econ is just ****ing me off, and since everyone else is chilling, i don’t feel like studying. I got 3 5’s last year but now it just seems impossible :P.
But CMU was one of my favorite schools, so im happy i got accepted :D

Wow. According to the website, Harvard will accept an additional 1100 students in the RD round, to complement the 772 accepted EA. 200 of these 1100 are recruited athletes. So, out of about 30000, 900 spots are open. Which means the RD acceptance rate will be less than 3%; the overall rate will be a record low 5.5%.

Wow.

Dont worry Alibhai… you be the Harvard man!

who has applied to skidmore??did anyone get his decision :/??

rejection. you?

still w8ng

any decisions today ?

vassar and skidmore…

didnt apply to either of these… anyways to those admitted to Grinnell and Macalester… how much financial aid did you guys get ?

Well that was easy, now you don’t have to be super confused :)
