We are sis, I’m hating on your region not you.

Pros of Socal: Lots of beach, attractive people, you get to run into celebrities more, more diversity

Cons of Norcal: less attractive people, boring, sometimes too liberal, “hella,” “hecka”

(btw, just so you know im not all that serious about this list but i am serious about my hatred of the word “hella”)

Conniek: Trust me I feel the same way. I check like 10 times a day… literally. I keep thinking I have to STOP thinking about it but I cant. I guess I am just neurotic I just wanna get in somewhere already!

EmpathyInAnarchy- im part of the region bro. u forgot to mention me in the pro:
sunny, friendly, smiley, politically open, badass driver.

argh
wish you luck tho randolph380 :)…finger crossed hope everything’s gonna be fine!!!

Connie, don’t worry too much. I’m sure you’ll get in to at least one of the schools you applied to. A lot of us haven’t heard anything yet

How about I stipulate the region around you, sis?

I supposedly sound like I’m a surfer/stoner when I talk, but I’m not sure I use “hella” with any regularity. I’ll agree we can be too liberal, in that we try to prove how liberal we are (not that I’m liberal, aside from being extremely so socially) and show up the rest of the state/country.

its the same bro.

hella same

I’m from the North and really you guys don’t really want our weather. 110 in the summer, and snow in the winter. Too extreme.Don’t hate on the word hella.

Also I just found out I can come on here wherever I am. Apparently it works on my blackberry. Not sure this is a good thing.

I’m trying to show some love, sis. Don’t shut me down.

Ahaha Jane my eyes are bleeding.

Yeah mostly Northern and Southern California are the same except for weather, degree of personal grooming and politics

Don’t listen to Pscholler, he lives in the boons which is like me saying Mexico is an accurate representation of SoCal.

@Pscholler It gets up to 110 and higher in the summers here anyway. I wouldn’t mind some snow once in a while. We had a lot of rain here this year and it was friggin awesome! I thought so, at least - most people got really sick of it

EmpathyInAnarchy- its just socal is my everything. id never shut down my bro.

enchantedivy- awww did i accidentally poke you in the eye? im sorry lol

I think I might be the type to love Seattle’s weather. I’ve always wanted to be Tom Hanks and live in a boat house.

Yeah I feel the same way about Philadelphia’s weather. I’ve always wanted to be a lawyer who contracts AIDS

The boonies! I live about an hour and a half from chico state.Driving in the snow is a *****, especially if you have to commute to your CC.

I kinda secretly always wanted to live in Seattle too. either there or Portland Oregon. the whole pearl jam/ nirvana thing. and rain, we dont see much rain down here.

Yeah, AIDs is cool, way better than HIV.

I heard Oregon is pretty lame… dated a girl from there… she was pretty lame

But I don’t know anything else about Oregon.
