Kei needs to get a brain.
Enjoyed Stan v Marin but shame he’s eliminated.
Very nice win by Lopez’s over Mahut&Herbert.

Had to chuckle at Stan’s “Wahhh” on Instagram video feed.
Don’t follow instagram.
Didn’t have a chance to watch today’s singles matches because of weird TV schedule but I see usual suspects are in the final.
For the most part I thought this week in London was really blah. Glad though that the EvilChestBumpers got eliminated.
Really looking forward to DC next weekend weekend. Vamps Argies!!
emily, I realize that Raonic is usually very boring, but this week, he actually injected much needed spark to the level of play, pushing both Murray and Djokovic to the brink. He is now much more than just a serve. His groundstrokes are crisp, accurate, consistent, both down the line, but more importantly crosscourt. The Nishikori Murray match was good too. Otherwise, I agree that there was little worth watching. Hopefully, the final today will be a good one. It isn’t every day that we get to watch the final of an important tournament determine the #1 ranking.
Meh. I can’t believe this is coming out of my mouth but the women’s championship was much more exciting.
This match reminded me of the one time I had to root for Sampras. Was at the USO - I think in 2002 - against Dick.
It was very painful but I had to do it.
I hope this is last time I have to root for VB.
What a match between JMdP and Cilic!!! One of the best of the year.
So happy for my Argies!!! Vamooooo!
I thought they were done and dusted after yesterday’s rubber and then JMdP being 0-2 down today.
Amazing considering that every tie this year was away. Just an incredible victory.
Absolutely well deserved. DelP is back…
This is unusual. Everybody agrees on a particular player. If we all like Del Potro, he must be pretty special. I hope he stays healthy and returns to his pre 2014 form.
Everyone loves JMdP. He’s dolly.
Some off season news:
Petra Kvitova was attacked during a robbery in her home and suffered knife wound to her left hand. According to reports it’s a ruptured ligament and not more serious injury. Likely, psychological toll from attack will be more of an issue, imo. And she had such a good run this fall.
Vika had baby boy.
Supposedly Rafa had a hair transplant. He also added LovelyCarlos to his team.
2017 season starts in 12 days.
I hope Kvitova recovers. Seles never bounced back, but in her case, the attack was on the court.
I am curious to see how the “Wedgy from Majorca” does with a new addition to his coaching team!
Also, I am curious to see how Del Potro, Federer and Djokovic do early on. I hope they all play great tennis in 2017.
Wedgy from Majorca! Love it.
Chakvetadze never did after she was robbed at gunpoint in her home. It’s got to do a number on her psyche. Likely will miss the AO, too, because of hand injury.
I think Djokers reign of invincibly is over (thankfully.)
I hope Roger comes back strong and JMdP can keep his good form going.
Looking for my lovelyLucas to have a big year.
Im just happy Carlos isn’t in the Robots’s camp anymore. It was all wrong.
Watching the AO wildcard playoffs. Semi turning into a very nice battle in the 3rd.
I was thinking about Vika yesterday and did a google search to see if she had had the baby. Then today it popped up on my computer. Congratulations to her! Rafa got a hair transplant? That should be interesting to see.
I heard more news about Petra’s stabbing on a podcast last night. It was a pretty severe injury to her hand and she underwent 4 hours of surgery. Will be out at least 3 months. Obviously, could have been much worse and she is lucky she was able to fend off attacker and “only” sustain this injury. And she was able to do it with one foot in a cast! One tough lady.
Petra is left handed, and the cut was to her left hand. The hand will most likely heal, but will she get over it mentally?
Sadly, it would seem that Del Po could miss the Australian Open.
Ana Ivanovic announced her retirement today. My H is going to be devastated.
Ana was my son’s favorite too!
