did anyone get a response from SPS?
A family friend said one was taken off the waitlist and that they closed it for now.

omg I am on the Berkshire waitlist too (11th grade, boarding international female applicant). I guess they would have sent us an email if their waitlist was closed
How do you think when will any waitlist applicants get an update? I think it is going to be tomorrow (Monday)
Omg international girl boarder here too! Tbh, this might be a huge misjudgment, but I feel like Berkshire main value is diversity, based on their essay questions, homepage, and overall vibe. Fingers crossed for both of us:crossed_fingers: I really hope we both get in and actually meet on campus!
Will it be too pushy if I send another email requesting an interview? I haven’t had any chance to get an interview with the school I’m waitlisted on, and I really, really need one because I have a peculiar condition that will definitely strengthen my profile.
I’ve already sent them two emails (one for my LOCI and one for a status update) and in both, I politely included a paragraph explaining why I want an interview. Still, all I received was a short “we’ll keep you in touch.”
I’m very desperate for this opportunity, and since it’s already past April 10th, I’m hoping they might give me one last chance to present myself. Would sending another email make me seem too pushy or leave a bad impression on my profile?

Ah I’m so nervous!! I really want to go to Exeter and I have just been waiting back for ANY type of update. My sports coach and the PEA sports coach have been in contact though, attempting to push Admissions to take me off the waitlist and hopefully as a recruit- they said if I end up getting pulled from the waitlist, I’d play varsity as a lower, so this is good (hopefully). The school really liked me too so I’m praying!! When do you guys think any update will come through? Has anyone gotten off the 10th grade Exeter waitlist yet???
SPS waitlist was supposedly closed
i heard exeter’s yield this year was 69% from a current student so its lower than usual

yes i think so because class of 27 yield was like 76% and i think they accepted quite a few people from their wl
Well “yield” rate here really means how many people they got to go to a revisit day. So yield may vary, as some who already knew they were going may have skipped on experience Exeter or some of those who knew they were going to a different school may have went just for fun. I don’t know if this is also the 76 percent referenced earlier by another user.

Has anybody gotten admission off of Choate’s waitlist yet?
When we will be hearing from all the schools? 
At most schools there isn’t going to be a ton of movement, or information. Please, temper your expectations!
