Our first kid decided April 30…but we had a payment glitch, but it ended up being fine. BUT for second kid, we set an April 28 decision date…just in case.
We only talked to our kids about colleges after acceptances if they had specific questions to ask us. We had already agreed that any of the schools to which they applied were fine, and we could pay the full cost at any school they chose.
It was very exciting when they came to us with their decision (and a request to use our credit card for the deposit).
