<p>I know NU said April 1st, but has anyone heard any rumors about an early release? When were decisions released in previous years?</p>

<p>Can anyone find the decision thread from the last like 2-3 years? That would def help us narrow down the date. Im guessing around 25-27 of March.</p>
<p>I went through it and did it myself. Last year it was 3/26 and it was 3/25 in 2008. Only 15-ish more days! Probably rejected but im hoping for the best.</p>

<p>@wangatang, don’t worry about it! wustl waitlists HELLAS kids (especially a lot of kids who they think will matriculate to better schools). I know this is a personal anecdote, but, it might help? A student at my school (one of the only in school history to get accepted to an ivy - yeah, we kinda suck, lol), was REALLY beast academically. Two schools he applied to included Harvard and WashU. He was accepted to Harvard, waitlisted at WashU. Go figure. You’re probably just too awesome for WashU. Hope that helped.</p>
<p>@wangatang: yeah WUSTL is “reputed” for waitlisting perhaps thousands of people. so don’t worry, apparently you are overqualified. and one got into Princeton another Standford RD, from what I have heard, and perhaps several got into Duke!</p>
<p>thanks a lot guys. i applied to a lot of other schools that are even higher up than washu so i feel like i really have no chance at them… but i appreciate it guys! i’ll try not to let this ruin my spring break lol</p>

<p>Hello everyone! I think this is the first time I posted in this forum.</p>
<p>I applied to 13 private schools… and UC’s. </p>
<p>I have a few favorites… but getting into any of the private schools I applied to would be a dream.</p>
<p>First time posting here. </p>
<p>Got waitlisted at WashU too! So ****ed…I don’t want to be the afterthought of some admissions committee so I probably won’t go to WashU. They don’t think too much of me, I won’t think too much of them. </p>
