There is always something to be done?

Does anyone else have this mentality? I can’t have a break I always feel like there is something better I could always be doing. Any advice?

You literally just described my entire life. Every time I even sit down and relax I’m like, someone else out there is working harder than me. Then I realized that it’s about working smart, not hard. I sort of developed my resume to include activities that revolve around my interests (public health), so I feel like it will be as strong as I am capable of (by that I mean I’m never going to win national Olympiad medals, but I show leadership, responsibility, etc.). I think just try to feel confident about what you have achieved, which I’m sure is a lot, and recognize that down time is really important and there’s no way you could survive without it.
