<p>hey guys, for those who applied ED for the fall 2011 term only 4 more days till decisions come out. I wish everyone the best of luck! I just started this thread because i had a question that constantly kept bugging me and id like to hear everyone’s opinion about this. Last year based on collegeboard.com’s statistics 504 students applied for ED and 362 got accepted, which is more than half. I was wondering if the numbers of students getting accepted under ED will increase this year due to the current state of the economy, i understand that most SUNY schools are reluctant to give out Financial Aid (In honesty this applies to many schools). I know for a fact that Michigan State University has increased their level of acceptance rate from 40% to 45% of incoming OOS students this year. It all revolves around money, so that being said voice your opinions, and if you applied under the ED program could you please say what your stats are and major your selected?
