I’ve gotten into Royal Holloway, City University London, Durham, and Reading. Anything I should know about life in England or things that can help me from being so terrified of this new life?

Thanks!

Durham is the best ranked of the unis you mention, and it is also the one that will be the easiest transition, as you will be living-in. Main thing is that it is very do-able. Are you in the US now?

Have a read of this - I know the info was about RCS, but 99% of it can be applied to any uni in the UK <a href=“Life in Glasgow for American Undergrad? - International Students - College Confidential Forums”>Life in Glasgow for American Undergrad? - International Students - College Confidential Forums;

Have you seen The Student Room? It’s like a UK version of CC.

Best tip that I can give is to keep your chin up, talk to people, and remember that it will all come right!
