@NoviceDad You should edit the list proactively every year. I immediately noticed your list still has lot of feeders for SUNY Upstate UAP program. They have been cutting few feeders every year and for current year they only have Syracuse University per Upstate website. My DD started her MS1 at Upstate (feeder ACPHS)and she is super happy.
Edited: I have noticed you have two URLs. bs-md and bs/md as one of the qualifiers in the URL. Former one is older from 2019 and that’s where I landed (part of the older blog possibly); later one is updated i 2024 and has mostly current info and top menu link rightly points to it.
When does RPI send out notifications to applicants to submit supplementals for AMC
I have 2 questions about Siena AMC.
- How many applicants (and out of how many) are forwarded to AMC for further review? I remember seeing statistics somewhere but forgot.
- If Siena forwards your application to AMC, do they forward your essays as well? Another words, whatever student wrote to Siena when applying to this BS/MD program, does Albany get access to it too?
I’ve heard they already started doing it and will continue through January.

Anyone moves to next round of Baylor2baylor bsmd . Got info that there will be a group case based presentation and based on that nearly 25 advance to next round out of which 6 are finally selected . Any tips on how to prepare for these rounds .

@NoviceDad you are an expert! Can you please share what to expect during AMC interview? We were told it is MMI style with 6 stations. Is it all scenario/ethical questions or with a mix of “Tell me about yourself”, “Why Albany Medical School”, “Why Medicine” mixed in? Thank you so much. We would appreciate your guidance!
Do you think that once you are invited to the interview by AMC, student’s stats become irrelevant?
