^ Someone is up early today. Good morning.

I’m pretty confused over my favorite word too. Random try: hysteria

Good Morning Tippu. I’ll go to bed now. I love the night. The day seems darker than the night, the night seems purer and holier.

And yaad aya, Congratulations for UChicago! Forget HMC and Reed man. You have the two best undergrad schools in the world waiting for you. ;)

Thank you Debarghya. Good night!

Hey can ne1 help me review my essay?

SAT scores are in? seriously?

Okay, I seriously want to die now. My SAT II Scores are in, and they are Horrible, with a big ‘H’

Maths1- 720
Maths2- 580
Lit.- 580

I seriously am thinking not to apply outside now. My mum is not going to live me down this one. Really…sobbing why does it happen to me?

Can some1 tell me if I need a painless death (hanging for instance?)over this or a more masochistic approach(…dunno, throwing myself in frnt of a croc may b?) fr the SAT 2 scores I have got?

^Neither. Re-take in January.

Meghna, you’re overreacting. It was your first time doing the SAT Subject Tests, and not everyone does their best the first time around. If you must know, for my first Literature test I ran out of time and I had about 5 passages left. I got a 580. I consider myself pretty decent at English, so saying I was annoyed is a bit of an understatement. I just learned from my previous mistakes, bought a Practice book and learned to manage my time better. I don’t have my scores yet, but I think it’s safe to say I did much better than last time. Pull yourself together, take a deep breath, and prepare for your retake in January. It’s not the end of the world.

^She’s right.

My favorite word now becomes: Psychedelia

Hmph…I will postpone my suicidal tendencies for now.

So, umm, can ne1 help me review my essay, pweaaaase (please)??

Oh pixie I got a 92 in my boards as well sorry to not answer your question earlier mein bhool gaya

And Meghna, oh come on :|

Hmph…I will postpone my suicidal tendencies for now.

So, umm, can ne1 help me review my essay, pweaaaase (please)??

Lol XD…I was just kidding ani

Well, I am quite depressed with my SAT II results, to be honest, but suicide? Lol hell no. I am not the one who will go for such coward manner of dying…lol lol lol

But I am open for essay help… XD

PM it to me if you like. I might not be able to answer immediately though.

Okay… I will b sending it to u in 10 mins,my mum has the laptop ryt now, and the essay is in it. Think u cn wait that much?

Wow, you guys need to calm down! There’s always retakes guys. No need to think about suicide!

'Nemo: Yeah, I’d like to travel for New Year’s too but the weather is so terrible. I really hope it gets better soon! :(

Tippu: No way. That’s really cool. Haha, my aunt’s a very devoted follower of the Sufi tradition, so I listen to them occasionally too.

Oh, and my favourite word for the Princeton Supplement was “Grounded” :)

I love Sufi music! I went to this Sufi night thing a month back where there were Sufi singers from around the world performing. It was so serene, and this is gonna sound so cliched but it touched my heart. I completely understand the sentiment of connecting to a higher power through music.

Haha, I am an atheist so I am not spiritual at all (unless one counts doing Yoga/meditating as spiritual). But I do find some of Rumi’s poetry to be very enlightening.
