******Bubbles here: HEY GUYS HEY!!!

OMG I’ve missed out on so, so much!
Okay this is going to one hella long post.

So far from what I can tell:

Tippu: Congrats on UT-Austin, Caltech, and UChicago! That is awesome!!! You wholeheartedly deserved those acceptances. Do you have any idea where you’ll be enrolling? Haha Chicago may be a bit of a “shock” coming from the south! But regardless, you’ll be happy wherever you go. You can’t go wrong at any of those 3!

Chicago is such an amazing school. You’re so lucky you’ll be able to take classes under Prof. Sally. He is an amazing teacher/person from what I hear.

An another side note about Chicago: My friend created that “Find X.” question! PrincetonDreams, it’s our mutual friend. :)

PrincetonDreams: AHHHHHHHHHHH CONGRATS ON STANFORD!!! OMG THAT IS SOOOOOOO EXCITING!!! You must be so proud of yourself! Silicon Valley is an amazing place - so many Indians! It’s just great. Although it is very, very competitive. But you’re an Etonian, so that’s no problem for ya. :)

On another note, YOU GOT INTO OXFORD?!?!?! YOU’RE A GENIUS. YOU’RE ACTUALLY A GENIUS. I have more respect for Oxbridge admissions than Harvard admissions. Getting in is almost impossible. You have to study for interviews! Get out!!! I was interested in Cambridge for awhile (their requirements for US students aren’t so bad), but then I know I’d just be wasting money applying to Cambridge. My friend says “Cambridge interviews for medicine are harder than the MCATs.” 'Nuff said.

I’m so happy to hear you got into Stanford! All that freaking out for NOTHING. ;)

On the note, about accents. Did I tell you all how obsessed I am with accents? Obsessed is an understatement. I LOVE THEM!
British accents are so attractive. I don’t have a typical “NY accent.” Only the people that live in Long Island have that stereotypical NY accent (like “paaahhkk the cahh”). I guess I have a “typical American accent.” Albeit, I get told I have a slight Canadian accent (it’s funny because I’ve only been to Canada like twice) and “subtly British accent.” I get so excited when I hear that!
Aussie accents are also BEAUTIFUL! PtonDreams, you must manage to get a lot of girls with that, don’t ya? :p

And good luck with your audition! I’m sure you’ll do fine. :)

Pixie: Heya girl, missed me? Haha, congrats on your 2250! And sorry to hear about your Yale deferral. It’s okay. It’s Yale’s loss. And I’m sure you’ll ultimately get into a school that you’re happier in and you’ll forget about that Yale decision. ![]()
One thing I like telling myself is “If it’s not in the cards, it’s not in the cards.” What’s meant to happen will happen. Great way to live your life. Work hard, and let life decide where you belong.
Arunemo: How are you?!

Kaira: Congrats on Yale acceptance! Good job. :)

Meghna: You silly girl! Don’t say such things! Your scores are fine. You’re into Business? Why don’t you check out CUNY Baruch? That might be a good match/safety and it also gets a lot of students into Wall Street.

Everyone else: how are you?! I hope everything going well for ya!

Also, for future acceptances/rejections: Don’t be happy/sad for the fat package or tiny envelope, but rather commend yourself on everything you’ve done to get to where you are.

Haha, so yeah guys. I’ve been SUPER, SUPER busy! Junior year is a drag, thank gosh for the Holidays (Happy Holidays everyone!). But other than that, things are going well. :)

I don’t know if I’ll be making another CC account anytime soon. CC seems more or less a place (for me, at least) for squandering mass quantities of time (which is a big NO-NO for junior year) than gaining new wisdom. ;)
