Nothing can change that. One can’t bring the dead back to life now can one, for example? Apart from that, yes, your philosophy does hold true. In fact, I also believe that one should never accept anything as “on the cards” because that’s just like admitting failure.</p>

Cases like that weren’t even to be considered. I was talking about one’s own life, and what one can do with it, not the type of issue you mentioned.
